Key Deliverables

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to early learners.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate students’ progress using modern assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with parents and school leadership to ensure each child’s holistic development.
  • Maintain accurate student records and reports.
  • Organize class activities, creative play, and foundational learning exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety, and hygiene standards.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum of NCE, OND, B.Ed, or B.Sc. in Education or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years experience teaching nursery or primary school pupils.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, interactive learning, and 21st-century teaching methods.
  • Must be child-friendly, compassionate, and well-organized.
  • Prior experience in a private school is an added advantage.
