Install, configure, and maintain network and security solutions for clients.
Respond to technical support requests and provide timely troubleshooting assistance.
Provide technical support both remotely and on-site where required.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution configurations and technical presentations to clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure systems are fully functional after issue resolution.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Track and maintain accurate records of work activities and support requests.
Prepare and submit technical reports as required.
Pursue assigned technical certifications and continuous professional development.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams when necessary.

Industry	Qualification
Engineering And Technical	Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in networking or security technologies (such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar) will be an added advantage. Demonstrated technical knowledge of networking and security solutions
