Job Description
The Network Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing the sales network for new vehicles, spare parts, and mechanical workshops, in line with the subsidiary's objectives to guarantee revenue growth.
They manage the distribution network nationwide. They lead this network and coordinate the implementation of the sales, marketing, and financial policies for the group's various brands. They work across both the direct and indirect networks.
They serve as a liaison between the different departments and the direct and indirect networks.

- Develop strategic brand development guidelines across the network in accordance with the various DOPs;
- Propose and implement the different action plans by brand and adapt and implement the defined guidelines in the territory;
- Analyze and monitor performance indicators to implement corrective measures if necessary;
- Research, evaluate and implement business or partnership opportunities to develop commercial activity;
- To ensure the profitability of operations and optimize the commercial performance of the network, in particular by increasing parts/services revenue and network penetration;
- Develop the regional network, by recruiting and integrating new workshops in priority areas;
- Develop and maintain a regional customer map in order to identify potential, white areas and guide network actions;
- To energize the sales network by implementing promotional and trade marketing plans to ensure consistency with brand strategies;
- Ensure compliance with commercial, administrative and financial procedures;
- Optimize the organization of activities by monitoring the recruitment, training and evaluation of human resources dedicated to the network;
- To ensure good coordination and communication between the different departments and operational teams and to serve as a relay of information between the departments and the network;
- Facilitate and support partner workshops (regular visits, training, operational support);
- Utilize partner workshops in monitoring manufacturer campaigns (use of Vin reader for Takata, other Toyota safety campaigns, detection of CPS end customers…);
- Ensure the conformity and quality of the workshops and achieve a high level of compliance with standards by implementing improvement plans;
- Audit the operation of the network and support the teams in the implementation of the defined action plans;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through monitoring returns;
- Provide periodic reports to your superiors.
