Job Description

• As the Network Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining computer networks and solving any problems that may occur with them.
• Duties include installing and configuring networks, ensuring security, and providing support to users.
• The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users.

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform regular network performance tuning, upgrades, and system backups.
• Implement and maintain network security measures (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, access controls).
• Provide technical support to internal users and train staff on system usage.
• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and other essential network services.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking of all network-related hardware.
• Stay current with networking technologies and make recommendations for system improvements.

• Salary Range: N200,000 / month
