Key Deliverables

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies and Route-to-Market (RTM) plans to achieve volume, value, and distribution targets
  • Lead sales execution across all channels, ensuring excellence in in-store visibility and trade marketing activation
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing national sales team with clear accountability and performance metrics
  • Foster long-term partnerships with key customers through structured engagement and joint business planning
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, Finance, HR and Procurement) to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Manage trade investments and national sales budgets effectively, ensuring compliance with internal policies and ethical trade standards.
