Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

o provide daily support for data management (collection, analysis, communication, reporting, and archiving) to the project.

 Work with the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager in developing the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan and implementation strategy, ensuring that all interventions are properly recorded and that progress monitoring and results measurement indicators are technically sound and entered; • Participate in assessments and the identification of project beneficiaries, maintain the project database, and ensure it is updated monthly and that reports are generated as frequently as the indicators allow to account for progress at the individual and contextual levels; • Participate in the performance management of internal and external partners using benchmarking and key performance indicators; • Participate in representing the Monitoring and Evaluation department as needed at external meetings and forums with stakeholders. Reporting & System: Participate in the design and implementation of the program evaluation framework and information system to track results against objectives, outcomes, and impacts; • Provide quarterly progress reports on project activities against the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation plan, and ensure that proposed actions are integrated to improve performance measurement; • Facilitate quarterly program reviews against key performance indicators (KPIs) and draft program review reports for management and partners; • Contribute to the identification and documentation of results-oriented case studies, success stories, and other qualitative progress reporting methods on a periodic basis; • Contribute to improving results-based reporting and the quality of reports for donors/partners and internal reporting structures; • Develop project beneficiary assessments and identification, maintain the project database, and ensure it is updated monthly and that reports are generated as frequently as indicators allow to track progress at the individual and contextual levels; • Contribute to the drafting, consolidation, and submission of program reports to pillar managers and the M&E manager before submission to program partners and management, and contribute to the preparation of the annual impact report. Program Management:• Support the analysis of collected data for the assessment of progress and areas for improvement, and the overall management of data, as well as the efficiency and impact of developed projects; • Continuously support monitoring and evaluation activities as outlined in the work plan and in relation to the monitoring and evaluation budget; • Work with the social investment project team to identify gaps in evaluation capacity and develop capacity-building plans to address these gaps; • Contribute to the coordination of external program evaluations and ensure that lessons learned are understood and disseminated to all relevant stakeholders.
