Key Deliverables

  • Maintaining and administering all financial and production systems, which includes systems like Infor LN, Marel Innova and the Astral Farms Information System.
  • User account administration.
  • Providing of first line support on all financial and production systems.
  • Assist with end user training.
  • Assist in software releases and roll-outs as per Change Management policies.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum Grade 12 Qualification.
  • Experience in a System Administration environment will be an advantage.
  • Should be able to do standby every fortnight.
  • The individual must be able to work under pressure and swiftly resolve queries.
  • The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
  • Basic understanding of the 20 keys concept.
