Marketing Operations Manager at GDM Group

GDM Group is a leading Experiential Advertising, Marketing and Online Service Agency in Nigeria. 

• Ensure proper close out of projects (reconciliation, costing, budget, weekly reports, executive summary, invoice, 3rd party receipts) all put together in a folder.
• Ensure to lead all execution and is physically present on field driving achievement of set KPIs.
• Ensure Zero loss account and proper management of clients
• Ensure to cultivate and grow the existing account by getting more jobs, revive dormant accounts and bring in one new account every quarter
• Development and driving the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to consumer growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
• Monitors ongoing project status and ensure all projects reports are reviewed.
• Proffer solutions to project related issues on the go and add value to client.
• Management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models.
• Understanding of consumers, new trends and innovations
