We are a growing Facilities Management Company providing integrated services including cleaning, tea service, pest control, landscaping, and external height cleaning. We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Officer to support business growth, client acquisition, and brand visibility

Key Deliverables

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote facilities management services

• Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition and retention

• Manage digital marketing platforms including social media, website content, and email campaigns

• Prepare marketing materials such as company profiles, proposals, presentations, and brochures

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs

• Support tender submissions, client presentations, and corporate branding initiatives

• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports

 

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within facilities management, construction, or service-based industries • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms • Ability to work independently and meet targets • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
