Key Deliverables

  • Promote and market Bonum360 to businesses, schools, and organizations.
  • Conduct direct marketing visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and generate new leads while following up with potential customers.
  • Educate prospects on product benefits, features, and value propositions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly marketing and sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

Essential Qualities

  • Education & Experience:
    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Previous experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage but not compulsory (training will be provided).
  • Must be proactive, hardworking, and result-driven.
  • Must own a smartphone and be social media savvy.
  • Willingness to engage in field marketing and meet clients face-to-face.
  • Available for training and ready to resume work immediately.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Confidence in direct marketing and customer engagement.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer service.
  • Target-driven and goal-oriented mindse

Special Benefits for this Position

  • Competitive Salary: N50,000 - N90,000 Monthly. + performance-based incentives.
