• Implement corporate governance and compliance policies in order to manage risk liabilities.
• Analyze, interpret and produce detailed reports explaining trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies measured against planned activities.
• Develop a plan for practice changes and specify the priorities of delivery plans and resources needed.
• Develop and ensure implementation of people capacity plans in line with performance objectives.
• Develop initiatives to enhance customer service excellence.
• Implement and manage workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, reward and recognition and employee relations to ensure an optimal working environment.
• Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition by demonstrating leadership through personal commitment to organizational values.
• Contribute to the setting of budgets, minimize expenditure and manage costs and assets effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders that contributes to a culture of customer service excellence.

Qualifications Required:

• Relevant Bachelor`s Degrees and / or Advanced Diplomas.

Experience and Skills Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment with at least 3 years operational leadership experience.
• Understanding budgeting and cost management.
• Understanding how to effectively plan and manage business operations including service delivery.
• Knowledge and understanding of the flow of goods through a logistics process Knowledge of labour relations policies and procedures in dealing with labour matters in a work environment.
