Program Overview:

The Management Trainee Program at Osela Technologies Limited is a rotational, hands-on learning program that combines:

● Cross-functional exposure

● On-the-job training

● Mentorship by senior leaders

● Leadership & soft skills development

● Active involvement in real-time client and internal projects, including those related to digital transformation and enterprise systems like SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Key Responsibilities:

● Participate in departmental rotations to gain exposure across business units.

● Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client projects.

● Support data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Kampala job market

● Learn and contribute to operational workflows, particularly in IT services and digital solutions.

● Shadow and support managers in day-to-day decision-making.

● Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide first-line support under supervision.

● Take initiative on mini-projects or improvement ideas during the training period.

● Prepare reports and presentations to reflect insights and findings.

Essential Qualities

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related fields (graduated within the last 2 years).
  • Strong interest in technology, innovation, and business transformation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic familiarity with IT systems, digital tools, or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP B1, Business Central, Odoo, ERPNext) is an added advantage.
  • Strong academic track record and demonstrated leadership or teamwork experience during studies or internships.
