Job Description

The Warehouse Associate ensures proper procedures are completed with shipping/receiving of ATM’s spare parts by performing the following duties.

Key Deliverables

  • Quality check ATM’s being shipped and prepare ATM’s spare parts for shipping, including packaging according to NCR standards.

  • Arrange the time and date product will be ready to ship with the various freight companies.

  • Physical handling of inventory (inbound and outbound).

  • Verify all documentation is properly completed when shipments are picked up by freight company.

  • Properly check in inbound ATM’s spare parts and other products.

  • Turn in all documentation to be scanned and sent.

  • Clear floor space as needed.

  • Perform complete cycle counts as needed.

  • Internal customer and suppliers' liaison as well as system data updating and inventory activities' reports maintenance

  • Overtime will be required.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management Systems Involved: Oracle Cloud Microsoft Team Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Basic computer skills. Able to function successfully in a deadline-oriented environment. Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
