• As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and quality of Mivale's loan portfolio by identifying prospective customers, assessing creditworthiness, processing loan applications, monitoring active accounts and driving timely repayments.
• This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, analytical, customer-focused and highly accountable, with the ability to build relationships while maintaining sound credit and risk discipline.

Salary

N80,000 – N150,000 per month.

• Identify and acquire qualified prospective borrowers through approved channels.
• Engage customers, understand their financial needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.
• Collect and verify customer information and supporting documentation.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments in line with Mivale's lending policies and procedures.
• Process loan applications accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and loan records.
• Monitor assigned loan accounts and proactively follow up on upcoming and overdue repayments.
• Maintain strong relationships with borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Conduct responsible and professional collections activities.
• Escalate delinquent accounts, suspicious activities and material risks promptly.
• Work towards assigned portfolio, disbursement, repayment and recovery targets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate portfolio reports.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Collections and other relevant teams to improve portfolio performance.
• Identify trends, customer concerns and potential risks and communicate them to management.
• Ensure strict adherence to Mivale's policies, procedures, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
