Legal & Compliance Intern (NYSC) at Platform Finance Company Limited

Platform  Finance Company Limited is a licensed  finance company providing  financial solutions to individuals, salary earners, SMEs and corporate organizations.

• Maintain an organized repository of legal and regulatory documents.
• Ensure proper retention of contracts, licences, regulatory correspondence and legal records.
• Review contracts and agreements before execution.
• Maintain a register of active contracts and agreements.
• Monitor expiry and renewal dates of contracts.
• Ensure third-party arrangements contain appropriate confidentiality, liability, service-level and termination provisions.
• Ensure appropriate customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) are conducted where applicable.
• Monitor transactions for potential suspicious or unusual activities.
• Escalate suspected breaches and suspicious transactions in accordance with approved procedures.
