Tax analysis and advice
- Conduct in-depth tax analyses (corporate tax, VAT, local taxes, etc.)
- Identify tax risks and propose appropriate solutions
- Participate in the tax structuring of clients' transactions
2. Legal drafting and production
- Drafting tax notes, consultations and memoranda
- Participate in the implementation of legal and tax structures
- Supporting lawyers in preparing litigation cases
3. Monitoring and compliance
- Ensure clients' tax obligations are met
- Participate in tax audit and regularization missions
- Interacting with tax authorities (DGI, DGRAD, etc.)
4. Monitoring and development
- To ensure tax and legal monitoring (DRC, OHADA, international taxation)
- Contribute to the production of technical content (notes, articles)
- Participate in the structuring and development of the firm's tax division
Professional Qualifications
