- Provide legal advice to the company on contracts, insurance and other commitments, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies.
- To ensure proactive legal monitoring in order to anticipate legal and regulatory developments impacting the company's activities.
- Supporting operational teams in negotiating, drafting and implementing contracts, while ensuring the protection of the company's interests.
- To monitor compliance with contractual commitments, by tracking the execution of contracts and identifying potential risks.
- Coordinate contract reviews with the various departments and assess the compliance of partners and service providers.
- Supervise due diligence procedures (ethical, legal, documentary) before any contractual agreement or strategic partnership.
- Manage the contractual calendar, ensuring follow-up on deadlines and updating of legal obligations.
- Administer the company's legal documentation, including contracts, land titles and other strategic documents.
- Ensure compliance of agreements with rules relating to economic sanctions and ensure the traceability of associated data.
