About the Role
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Lecturers to join our faculty team, specializing in Accounting, Finance, ICT, Tax, Auditing, Qualitative Analysis and Business Data Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering CPA (KASNEB) and BDA courses, providing student mentorship, and contributing to curriculum development that integrates both technical accounting expertise and business growth strategies.
This position is ideal for a CPA(K) holder and with a degree in a business related field and a strong academic foundation, advanced Excel skills, and a proven record of effective teaching and student mentorship.

Curriculum Delivery
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and discussions across CPA (KASNEB) units and Business Data Analytics subjects.
• Ensure lesson content aligns with KASNEB syllabi, examination requirements, and current industry practices.
• Use varied teaching methodologies (case studies, problem-solving, simulations, ICT tools, and advanced Excel applications).
Student Support & Mentorship
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students preparing for CPA and Business Data Analytics examinations.
• Develop revision materials, mock exams, and practice tests.
• Offer timely feedback and track student progress to improve pass rates and professional growth.
Assessment & Evaluation
• Set, administer, and mark continuous assessment tests (CATs), assignments, and mock exams.
• Prepare students for external examinations through structured exam techniques and strategies.
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
Research & Professional Development
• Stay updated with changes in KASNEB syllabi, IFRS, IAS, tax laws, business strategies, and industry standards.
• Attend training workshops, seminars, and CPD activities to maintain subject matter expertise.
Institutional Contribution
• Actively participate in academic meetings, curriculum reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to student recruitment, retention, and overall academic excellence.

• Mandatory: CPA(K) holder (Certified Public Accountant – Kenya). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, ICT, Business, or a related field. (Master’s degree is an added advantage). • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years teaching CPA (KASNEB) courses or Business-related subjects at a reputable institution. • Proven track record of high student pass rates in CPA examinations. • Membership with ICPAK or another relevant professional body is an added advantage. • Subject matter expertise in CPA units. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and integration of e-learning platforms, accounting software, and simulations in teaching. • Ability to generate periodic progress reports by management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong classroom management with the ability to engage diverse learners. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passion for teaching, mentorship, and continuous professional growth. • High ethical standards and commitment to academic excellence.
