Key Deliverables

Business Engagement & Relationship Support

  • Build effective working relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to understand capability needs and development priorities within aligned business areas

  • Gather insights on skills gaps, learning needs, and future capability requirements

  • Serve as a point of contact for learning, talent development, and culture-related initiatives

  • Support engagement with SLT members by helping gather insights on business priorities, workforce challenges, and capability needs

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for talent, development, and culture-related topics

 

Talent Initiative Delivery

  • Support the translation of business needs into talent L&D initiatives, using global frameworks, tools, and programmes where possible

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of bespoke initiatives under guidance from senior team members

  • Assist with the coordination, implementation, and follow-up of talent and development programmes

 

Project & Team Contribution

  • Work with the Talent Partnering team on projects that deliver value to the business areas supported

  • Take ownership of defined workstreams, actions, or deliverables within larger talent development initiatives

  • Monitor progress and help track outcomes and feedback

 

Talent, Development & Culture Support

  • Contribute to the delivery and embedding of talent, development, and culture initiatives across supported business areas

  • Support leaders and employees with consistent application of talent processes and practices

  • Help reinforce cultural priorities through practical actions and programmes

 

Collaboration & Learning

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across People & Culture, including Centres of Expertise and global teams

  • Share insights, lessons learned, and good practice within the team

  • Continuously build knowledge of talent frameworks, tools, and business context

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Org Design, or technical role

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders
