Support End-to-End Recruitment:
Assist with job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer processes for roles across logistics, supply chain, commercial, and back-office teams.
Candidate Engagement:
Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey.
Sourcing Talent:
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
Coordination & Reporting:
Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date and help track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
Market Research:
Stay up to date with recruitment trends in the African markets, helping inform search strategies.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Senior Talent Partner and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
