Key Deliverables

  • Researches, analyses and monitors asset managers and strategies.
  • Makes recommendations for the selection of investment decisions based on the research process.
  • Produce high quality research and insights reports on investment solutions.
  • Produce fund peer group analysis output with quality insights (e.g. quarterly screening, manager flags, report back preparation, fiduciary updates).
  • Act as key points of access and communication between external fund managers and Symmetry.
  • Assist in collecting and transforming relevant information relating to funds, fund managers, market trends, etc.
  • Keep the Symmetry team abreast of important market events related to funds and fund managers
  • Effectively communicate manager research findings to broader team

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • CFA candidate or charterholder, or similar.
  • 2 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant knowledge of the industry and fund managers
  • Demonstrate strong quantitative and analysis skills
