Valentori Group is seeking 3 Junior Construction Project Managers to support the supervision, coordination and execution of ongoing construction, renovation and interior fit-out projects across Kenya.

Key Deliverables

  • Assist in day-to-day supervision and coordination of project sites.
  • Monitor workmanship, quality, safety and site cleanliness.
  • Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
  • Track project progress, materials, labour and site requirements.
  • Prepare regular site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Identify delays, quality issues and material requirements and escalate them promptly.
  • Support procurement planning and ensure materials are available when required.
  • Take measurements and assist with project schedules, cutting lists and site documentation.
  • Use Zoho Projects and other company systems for project tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines and company standards.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant construction/site experience is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
  • Good communication, reporting and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and work across different project locations in Kenya.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability and problem-solving ability.
