Key Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain Java-based web applications.
  • Design and implement database schemas using MySQL.
  • Utilize Java full-stack development skills to build both front-end and back-end components.
  • Work with NetBeans IDE for development tasks.
  • Implement user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.1
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Java Web Application Developer in other companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Java full-stack development principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MySQL database design and management.
  • Experience with NetBeans IDE.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our office located at Elysee Plaza, Adams Arcade off Ngong Road, Nairobi.
