Abakozi b'ingenzi ni:- Umuyobozi w’umushinga / Umuyobozi w’itsinda: byibuze (A0) mubikorwa byubwubatsi, cyangwa urundi rwego rwose rufite nibura uburambe bwimyaka cumi n'ibiri (12). Agomba kuba yararangije nibura imishinga itatu (3) yo kubaka amazu / gusubiza mu buzima busanzwe nk’umuyobozi wumushinga wagaragajwe na serivisi yatanzwe. The key personnel are:- A Director of a project / Team leader: at least (A0) in Civil Engineering or any other related field with at least twelve (12) years of general experience. He/she should have accomplished at least three (3) building construction projects as project manager proven by service rendered. He/she must be registered in national institution of engineers or other recognized foreign institutions proven by valid membership certificate.
