Key Deliverables

  • Respond to customer requests via email or chat while respecting the defined SLAs.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer inquiries, including helpful comments.
  • Analyze customer feedback and advise management on areas for improvement.
  • Engage with partner support and follow up in resolving customer requests.
  • Prepare reporting files with the aim of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the incidents.
  • Prepare daily reports.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
IT Services and IT Consulting Education: IT / Telecom / Sales. Experience: 2 years in a Fintech/Banking/Telecom/IT company and customer management. Required skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Patience in handling difficult cases. Organization and rigor in the execution of assigned tasks. Dynamism, responsiveness and initiative. Strong analytical skills. Calm and courteous. Intermediate level in English. Personality: Rigorous, methodical, structured, and pragmatic. Qualities: Self-taught with skills. Having a team spirit. To have a sense of organization. Having strong interpersonal skills.
