  • We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, in-depth knowledge of design trends, and a proven ability to manage residential and/or commercial interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • This role requires excellent technical skills, creativity, and project management capabilities.

Key Deliverables

  • Meet with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
  • Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections.
  • Prepare accurate floor plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools.
  • Source furniture, fittings, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and decor materials.
  • Oversee and coordinate site execution, installations, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications from start to finish.
  • Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in interior design or architecture firms.
  • Proven track record of successfully completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • A portfolio showcasing past work is required.Strong design and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or other rendering software.
  • Excellent space planning, color theory, and material knowledge.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead design projects and supervise junior designers or artisans.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to [insert location].
  • Ability to travel locally for site inspections, meetings, and sourcing.
  • Membership in professional bodies (e.g., IDAN, ARCON, NIA) is an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of style, innovation, and attention to client preferences.
