• Inform customers by phone about company products and services.
• Contact customers to present TPRS services and answer all inquiries.
• Participate in quotations preparation, terms of payment for the manager’s review and approval.
• Present relevant publications as appropriate to customers and explain the benefits/advantages of TPRS services over other competitors.
• Provide a weekly pre-call plan and report daily activities and refer any difficulties/challenges to the Manager for action.
• Assist with the solution and resolution of customer complaints.
• Keep good control of the customer list and keep updating customer profiles.
• Perform any other related duties as required by management.
