Provide the necessary support for Service Engineer

• Follow-up of orders, and take the necessary actions in case of blocking
• Provide technical support for service engineer
• Communicate with customers by phone, follow up with mail plan service visits on site
• Assist salespeople in planning customer visits outside
• Regular reporting.
• Reception of clients at the office and development of standard offer
• Actively participate in the preparation of the necessary reports required by the BLM.
• Support for mailing of Atlas Copco customers
• Management of service databases
