We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to manage employee relations, ensure labour law compliance, and support a positive workplace culture.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement employee relations policies with HR.
  • Advise managers and staff on labour-related matters.
  • Handle grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Represent the company in disciplinary, CCMA, Bargaining Council, and Labour Court matters.
  • Manage union negotiations and collective bargaining processes.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
  • Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ industrial relations experience. Strong knowledge of South African labour laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
