Independent Marketing Contractor at Centresidence

You’ll be responsible for introducing property owners, managers, landlords, agents, and real estate companies to Centresidence Property Management Software. Your main goal is to get them signed up on the platform and as long as they continue to use our system, you earn recurring commissions for 2 years.This is a 100% commission-based remote role.

• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

• Promote Centresidence to potential users through calls, presentations, social media, events, and networking.
• Identify and target real estate agencies, property owners, and managers.
• Onboard new clients to the platform.
• Act as an account manager by providing basic support to clients you bring in and guide them through activation and usage.
• Maintain engagement with your signed-up clients to reduce churn and increase your commissions.
• Report performance and client feedback to the marketing lead.

• Base salary from between 15% to 25% of total monthly initial sales.
• Recurring commissions of 5% to 10% per client, paid monthly for up to 24 months.
