Key Deliverables

  • Coordinate import and export shipments from origin to destination
  • Prepare and process shipping, customs, and trade documentation
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies
  • Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with import/export laws and company policies
  • Check and verify operational data daily for accuracy
  • Connect and maintain strong working relationships with partners
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management Proven experience in import and export operations Strong knowledge of customs procedures and trade documentation Ability to check and manage data daily with attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with partners Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, tracking systems) Ability to work with minimal supervision.
