KPI is looking for a suitable candidate specializing in implementation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, ensuring that the systems operate effectively, efficiently and safely in the buildings and facilities.

• Minimum Qualification : Diploma
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years
• Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation (HVAC) and air conditioning systems and equipment.
•  Identifying maintenance risks on refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Proper handling and containment of refrigerants, prevent leaks, and ensure responsible disposal
• Perform daily all the necessary documentation regarding the AHU, ACs, and Chillers operations as per cGMP standards and NDA requirements.
• Documenting processes and maintaining records for the service and refrigerator use
• Promoting Energy Efficiency by optimizing system performance and recommending energy-efficient equipment:
• Understand all the types of Gases used and their environmental Concerns
• Transitioning to environmentally friendly refrigerants through knowledge of new technologies, safe retrofitting, and compliance with the current regulations
• Adhere to any other responsibility that the management may assign at any time.
