Key Deliverables

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals
  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Track and report on HR-related KPIs, including employee performance, attendance, and compliance metrics
  • Ensure all departments comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare, services, or corporate environments Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR systems Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Ability to manage confidential information professionally Leadership and team management skills. Requirements: Strong ethical standards and confidentiality Proven ability to implement HR policies and programs Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
