NoKey Deliverables
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for all outsourced employees in line with client requirements.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for field employees, addressing grievances and promoting engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and statutory HR requirements (PENCOM, NSITF, PAYE, etc.).
- Support payroll by verifying attendance and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Monitor performance, support evaluations, and recommend interventions where needed.
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure timely deployment and replacement of staff.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date HR databases and ensure proper documentation for audits.
