- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures using
- HR systems and processes.
- - Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including
- compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other
- personnel packages.
- - Assist with recruitment and prepare employees for assignments through
- orientation and training programs.
- - Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- - Identify and recommend improvements to internal SOPs, team structure,
- and employee morale.
- - Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans
- aligned with business goals.
- - Schedule management conferences, resolve employee grievances,
- coach managers, and counsel employees.
- - Ensure onboarding is high-quality, providing clarity and connection for
- employees regarding their roles and the company vision.
- - Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers.- Handle
- confidential matters with discretion.
Professional Qualifications
