Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, coordination, and day-to-day HR activities. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience or prior training in HR or recruitment, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while being exposed to HR systems and business functions.

Key Deliverables

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across platforms 
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers 
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers 
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment processes 

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS 
  • Assist in preparing HR documents (contracts, letters, reports) 
  • Support attendance tracking and HR documentation 
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with HR procedures 

HR Systems & Business Support

  • Support implementation and use of HRMS tools 
  • Assist in sales of HRMS Services to internal or external users (training will be provided) 
  • Provide occasional support to the team on client coordination and follow-ups 
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and systems 

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment or relevant HR training/internship Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
