Job Description

Responsible for support to the Human Resources Business Process Owners. This includes Human Resources generalist support to the business and includes the documentation flow through the department in respect of all Human Resources related processes within the business.

Turnaround Time

  • Follow procedures and cooperate with peers and leader for best possible service delivery

  • Defined legal, statutory and regulatory compliance is maintained at the required standards

  • Assist consultants with educational sessions for business including the associated administrative processes.
  • Stay & exit interviews
  • Termination/Retirement/Death consultations
  • Maternity consultations.
  • Accurate minutes when required.

  • Prepare and update reports where required.
