Key Deliverables

  • Lead and supervise company artisans, including tailors and monogram operators
  • Implement SOPs, Code of Conduct, attendance, punctuality, and accountability measures
  • Create systems to promote staff collective work, accountability, and productivity
  • Act as HR gatekeeper, responsible for recruitment, hiring, documentation, probation, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Track daily production output, job costing, and expense approvals
  • Schedule regular training and team meetings to align staff with company goals
  • Build a structure with supervisors/team leads to reduce direct chaos
  • Submit weekly performance reports directly to the CEO.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Medical / Health Care And Social Assistance Proven experience as an HR professional in a manufacturing or production setting Experience working with blue-collar workers/artisans in a factory or production environment Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to speak English and Yoruba or Pidgin is an advantage High level of personal integrity, with the ability to balance company culture, staff relations, and HR best practices.

Special Benefits for this Position

N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
