To ensure that implemented and evaluated initiatives align with the organization's mission, global priorities, and public health challenges. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategic Leadership • Develop and operationalize a comprehensive strategy for health programs; identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly; foster innovation and ensure the sustainability and maximum impact of programs. 2. Program Management and Oversight • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all health programs; define and track performance indicators and promote data-driven decision-making; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program integration. 3. Team Leadership and Development • Build and lead a high-performing team of managers and technical experts; promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professional growth; provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management for staff. 4. Engagement and Representation • Strengthen partnerships with governments, donors, NGOs, and partners; Represent the organization at high-level meetings; • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and donors. 5. Financial and Resource Management • Oversee budget management and compliance with donor requirements; • Lead resource mobilization, proposal writing, and donor relations. 6. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning • Oversee MEL frameworks and impact assessments; • Document lessons learned and integrate them into future programs; • Produce publications and presentations that contribute to global knowledge.

| Medical / Health Care And Social Assistance | Hold a degree of at least BAC+5 level in Public Health, Health Administration, Global Health or in a related field; Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience in health program management : Have proven professional experience in managing large-scale LMIC programs; Have a strong knowledge of global health systems, financing and policy frameworks; Fluency in French and a professional level of English; proficiency in a national language would be a major asset. |
