Key Deliverables

  • Recruit, train and supervise (Congolese) team members in companies.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize regular meetings to discuss goals and progress.
  • Assess staffing needs and anticipate necessary changes based on company projects.
  • Planning and Organization
  • Develop work schedules for the team.
  • To ensure the coordination of daily activities.
  • Managing priorities and emergencies.
  • Communication
  • To serve as the primary point of contact between management and staff.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures.
  • Resolving conflicts and problems within the team.
  • Resource Management
  • Manage the budget allocated for staff.
  • Ensure the availability of the resources necessary for the proper functioning of the team.
  • Oversee the management of employee files, contracts, payroll and benefits.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR performance indicators and present them to the Human Resources Department.
