- The Head of Sales would lead strategic and operational business initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, revenue growth, profitability and market share.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the business unit
- Eloquently articulating, collaborating and implement agency strategic business plan
- Own budgeting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Client lead and support on portfolio of clients
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Taking on an influential role in supporting new business initiatives and leveraging client relationships in the development of business growth
- Must be able to travel as needed and open to new places, new faces and new ideas.
