Key Deliverables

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Training: Master's degree (Bac+5 level) in business, marketing, management, economics or a related field. A specialization in sales, commercial negotiation or team management will be a major asset. Experience : Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel, tourism or high-end services sector. Significant experience in sales team management and client portfolio development is essential. Proven experience in defining and implementing successful business strategies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and sales management software. Excellent knowledge of sales, negotiation and customer loyalty techniques. Ability to analyze business data (KPIs, market trends, competition) to make strategic decisions. Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting software. Knowledge of the specificities of the hotel sector and the associated commercial challenges.
