. Cultural Architect & Brand Ambassador You’ll live and breathe our values: Target Driven, Professional, Respectful, Honest, and having FUN. You’ll ensure that even as we scale, we never lose the "magic" that makes Boomerang special.
2. Tech-Forward People Operations You’ll lead the charge in automating the lifecycle. Think AI-assisted recruitment, real-time data dashboards (Zoho ecosystem), and learning pathways that help a frontline agent see a clear road to leadership.
3. Scaling the Engine You own the hiring standards. You’ll build a recruitment machine that identifies talent and character at speed, ensuring every new "Boomerang BAE" is a perfect fit for our high-performance culture.
4. IR & Compliance with a Human Face You’ll navigate the complexities of South African labour law (CCMA, EE, B-BBEE) with a proactive, fair, and people-first mindset. You solve problems before they become disputes.
Professional Qualifications
