- Ensure compliance with current health, legal and regulatory standards (HAS, ISO, etc.)

- Manage relations with supervisory authorities and health organizations (ARS, health insurance, etc.)
- Supervise contracts (service providers, subcontractors, suppliers)
ü Financial and budgetary management:
- Develop and monitor the center's budget
- Manage profitability, analyze financial indicators and propose action plans
- Optimize costs and resources
- Provide regular reporting to management or shareholders

- Supervise, lead and motivate medical, technical and administrative teams
