MAIN MISSIONSEnsures the operational, administrative, financial, and human resources management of the medical diagnostic and analysis center. He ensures the quality of the services provided, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.

ü Administrative and regulatory management

- Ensure compliance with current health, legal and regulatory standards (HAS, ISO, etc.)

- Guarantee compliance with confidentiality rules (GDPR, medical confidentiality)

- Manage relations with supervisory authorities and health organizations (ARS, health insurance, etc.)

- Supervise contracts (service providers, subcontractors, suppliers)

ü Financial and budgetary management:

- Develop and monitor the center's budget

- Manage profitability, analyze financial indicators and propose action plans

- Optimize costs and resources

- Provide regular reporting to management or shareholders

ü Team management:

- Supervise, lead and motivate medical, technical and administrative teams

- Organize schedules, recruitment, annual interviews, training

- Manage potential conflicts and maintain a favorable social climate

ü Business development:

- Establish partnerships (laboratories, hospitals, prescribing doctors)

- Promote the center's activity among health professionals

- Propose areas for innovation (new technologies, remote diagnosis, etc.)

- Monitor market and competition developments

ü Quality and patient relations:

- Ensure the quality of the patient journey

- Manage complaints and improve patient satisfaction

- Implement continuous improvement processes
