Key Deliverables

  • Develop and execute the Nigeria HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals, production targets, and financial performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and risk management while embedding a data-driven HR function
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational capability building, including succession planning and structure optimization for growth and efficiency
  • Oversee talent acquisition and employer positioning to improve quality-of-hire, reduce time-to-fill, and build sustainable talent pipelines
  • Drive performance management systems by cascading KPIs/OKRs, enforcing accountability, and linking outcomes to rewards, development, and succession
  • Build leadership capability and a high-performance culture through coaching, engagement initiatives, and clear career progression frameworks
  • Ensure HR governance, compliance, reporting accuracy, and effective team leadership while monitoring key workforce metrics such as turnover, productivity, and engagement

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a professional certification (e.g., SPHRI, PHRI, CIPM) required. 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments. Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with operational and financial outcomes Proven experience leading workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders High level of integrity, analytical capability, and disciplined execution Comfortable working with highly educated professionals.
