Role Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organized candidate to support guest sourcing, coordination, and communication for the Goodnews Naija Podcast
• The ideal candidate is articulate, people-focused, and passionate about storytelling and media. 
  

• Identify and reach out to prospective podcast guests.
• Manage guest communication from invitation to post-episode follow-up.
• Schedule recording sessions and handle all guest logistics.
• Maintain a guest pipeline tracker and provide weekly updates.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed, briefed, and supported on recording days.
• Represent the podcast professionally in all interactions.
