You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of investment data, and for distributing insightful reports to both internal teams and clients. By maintaining system functionality and supporting reporting processes, you’ll help deliver high-quality, client-focused service while gaining hands-on experience in investment operations, data integrity, and performance reporting.

1. Data Management & System Functionality

• Learn to manage and process investment data across daily, monthly, and quarterly cycles
• Analyse data to support client and portfolio reporting
• Understand how data quality impacts investment decisions and client outcomes
• Contribute to building business analytics and data architecture
• Become a subject matter expert in a specific data area to deliver consistent insights

2. Technical & Analytical Reporting

• Assist in creating and maintaining both manual and automated investment reports
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports to clients and internal teams
• Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests
• Gain exposure to key investment metrics including returns, benchmarks, risk, and fees
• Participate in testing and improving reporting system functionality
• Provide support to team members and collaborate across departments

3. Risk Management

• Learn how to integrate financial and risk data to improve visibility and decision-making
• Support efforts to identify and reduce operational and market risks

4. Customer Service
