About the Role

  • OPay is looking for smart, driven, and curious graduate interns to join our Product Operations team.
  • You will support day-to-day product processes, help train users and internal teams on product features, and ensure smooth execution across Product, Business, and Operations.
  • This role is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy problem-solving, learning quickly, and bringing structure to dynamic environments.

Key Deliverables

  • Support product rollouts, training sessions, and feature communications.
  • Monitor product performance and identify process gaps.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational or merchant data.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, and Support teams to ensure efficiency.
  • Document processes, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Participate in field or virtual merchant onboarding exercises.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline with 0-2 years experiece.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
  • Eagerness to learn about product management, operations, and customer experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.
