About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of a new restaurant in Lekki. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, staff performance, and compliance with company and industry standards.

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent service.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff while maintaining adequate coverage.
• Monitor food quality, service, hygiene, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and stock control to minimize waste and losses.
• Track revenue, expenses, budgets, KPIs, and profitability; prepare performance reports.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support marketing and customer retention initiatives.
• Lead the team in achieving operational and financial targets.
