Key Deliverables

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
  • Oversee the overall operations of the car rental business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage vehicle fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and logistics.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the automotive, transport, or service industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in sales growth, operations, and team management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software is an added advantage.
